We are a Mexican, American husband and wife team who pride ourselves in providing you with an excellent dining experience.
Chef Carlos grew up surrounded by a family that loves to cook. His cooking has been influenced from a rich family heritage reaching as far as Europe to many different regional areas of Mexico, each of which has their own unique specialties.
What started out as hosting dinner parties for friends and family, eventually evolved into requests for personal chef services from local vacation rental agencies seeking to enhance their client's vacation experience.
Demand for our services continues to grow by word of mouth from our satisfied clients and eventually led us here ... Epicurean Chef Services.

Carlos and Tani supplied the catering for my son's birthday and they were superb. We had friends and family there from all over Mexico plus from the US and Europe. They all complimented us on how great the food was and on how friendly Carlos and Tani were. Some of them even said it was the best food they had eaten in Mexico. I would recommend them to anyone.
